Lithographic Offset Printing

At the heart of Windles Group are our offset Lithographic printing presses. They can print between B3 and B1 sizes, work to ISO12647-2 Colour Management System and have UV curing. The UV drying allows us to print on a great variety of substrates without set-off or scratching issues. The presses can also handle varying thicknesses and weights of material up to 1000micron.

One of our main litho presses has been engineered and modified for in-line cold foil printing.

The second larger press can print 7 colours plus a coating or varnish, all in one pass. The colours can be CMYK process plus your choice of Pantone. You can select matt, silk, or gloss varnish, with a further choice to have this overall or to selective areas of the sheet. We offer great versatility when it comes to creating print effects and finishes.

Norman Coyde manages and oversees our print work. Having been with the company over 30 years, he is hugely experienced and forms the backbone to print devlopment and research - testing, trying, adapting and building.
